Olivier Kazandjian proposes some answers based on his own experience, and interviews with peers working both in the product development field and in change management area.
Olivier Kazandjian spent the last 21 years working in IT project management, lean manufacturing, organizational changes and change management in various companies, and industries in the US, France, Denmark, Mexico. He is currently based in Mumbai where he oversees change management for 5 service centers across 3 countries in Asia. He holds an Engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
