25AM Lean & Toned Workout program is divided into four phases: Each phase is three weeks in duration. Each week has three different workout. For each day you will have a short video link where I demonstrate each exercise in the workout. The videos will teach you the correct form for you to get the most out of each exercise and prevent any unnecessary stress and injuries.
