I always learn something from reading blanchard. He can be quite engaging as well. This book runs l-o-n-g I am guessing is a transcript from a presentation. I'd like it better were it edited more tightly

I read Ken Blanchard's book which he co authored called The One Minute Manager when I was in college and I was not dissappointed. I've just begun to read this one and so far I am not disappointed. Mr. Blanchard has authored or co authored many books and is an expert on the dynamics of the employment environment.
