Cost Management - A Strategic Emphasis

Although this book helped me understand the topic of Cost Accounting, at times I thought it went back and forth a lot throughout the Chapters. I found myself wondering why the authors decided to jump around so much. Very confusing. My teacher ended up making many of her own templates to help us understand the material easier. She even said she hated the book. Apparently she didn't select the text to be used.

Compared to other books on this subject, I have to say this book is only okay. I've taken three classes in Managerial Cost Analysis and this book was probably the worst of the three. It still has its uses, but for my course we barely even used it. Definitely would not recommend this if you were using this by yourself, but it will do if your teacher says to buy it for a specific course
