● Thinks open mindedly when looking for solutions, trying different streams of thought rather than just one source, and
● Communicates with the team to find effective solutions to the problem, not hoarding knowledge or sources, nor discarding evidence that disproves their theories.
Critical thinking is self-monitored, self-examined, self-criticized, and self-determining, allowing the person to contribute to society while remaining their own counsel. Critical thinkers are not swayed by the wind of trends or groups, and do not depend on their elders to do the thinking for them.
