Managing Operations Across the Supply Chain, 2nd Edition

I am currently using this textbook for a supply chain management class and never before have I used such a terrible book. There's multiple errors on tables and equations. Also, the text is unclear and my entire class deemed the textbook useless because it is so confusing. It does not explain things fully. My professor has found many errors in the answers to the chapter problems in the back of the book. It's just terrible. No body should use this. Look for a different supply chain book!

NOT the same version as pictured!! I received the "Indian Version" which has the same general content, but it is not what I ordered and was expecting to receive.

The pages are like newspaper, very thin and black & white. This makes it hard to read because there is no color to break up the pages full of text.

The book itself is in fine condition, but it is NOT the version I ordered, and it is NOT a hardcover! I would not have paid so much for the version I received. I could have ordered a paperback international version for $20, but I wanted the hardcover and correct version for the class since I know sometimes they rearrange the information in different versions.

I am very disappointed, but I need the book for the class, so I had to keep it.
