Outsourcing education advantages and disadvantages

This book divides two parts. The first part explains why US outsourcing strategy can influence global wealth inequality to influence economy. Then, the second part explains why outsouring educational strategy can influence the country's education development and explains why Asia countries schools will need more outsouring educational teachers to teach their domestic students to get more benefits to employ domestic teachers. This book first part indicates outsourcing is popular strategy to any global organizations. But outsourcing strategy has also disadvantages to influence economy. It concerns to explain why outsourcing strategy can bring benefits to some organizations, but it can also bring disadvantages to some organizations. I shall indicate evidences to explain why some organizations choose outsourcing strategy is not right. Consequently, organizations need to analyze their situations whether are suitable to apply outsourcing strategy to operate their management, before they decide to make outsourcing strategy. Also, I shall indicate how the two different channels through which human capital can affect long run economic growth by education provision to developing Asia countries. I shall explain how measure of the relationship between outsourcing education and productivity and economic growth can be quantified clearing to developing Asia of developing countries. Next, I shall explain how to measure of the growth rate of productivity to the average level or growth rate of education within any developing Asia countries. Finally, I shall indicate how outsoucing education can affect economic growth in developing Asia countries for long term.
