I liked the fact that this book showed the basic strategies for creating strong communication skills. Reminds that there is an important thing, the heart of communication "Talking and Listening". Without the heart of communication, We cannot achieve what we want such as friends,love,power and wealth. I rather used this book to improved myself. I will recommend this to all people who wants to developed and improved their communication skills.
