The Escape from Time and Space 1: The Resurgence of Raj Yoga (Driving human evolution towards the True Self.)

It is pain and suffering that drives mankind to seek the Truth. In the pursuit of Truth science has helped us to ease some of our sufferings. But at the same time it appears that science is driving us towards extinction. Yes, faith in science is absolutely necessary but it has limitations. Science does not know where DNA came from, or the origin of life which is a temporary abode of consciousness. Science cannot answer all our questions, thus the wise are forced towards spirituality in the quest for the Truth. Materialism and technology gives us a fake sense of security and pride, but won't fill the void and depression that will haunt us following a few wars and natural disasters that we are in the making. But behold, the new-age spiritualism is emerging to save mankind from all sufferings, where the ancient spiritual system of Yoga and meditation, with its objectivity, is resurging. 
Can spirituality be scientific? Yes, this is a practical research on Yoga and spirituality synthesized with science to its limit. In this sick materialistic age, most students don’t know the true meaning and objectives of Yoga. It is a well known fact that many religious institutions eventually transformed into sinister beasts, thus it is high time we understand the True meaning and objectives of Yoga before it is transformed into another institutional monster with sinister objectives. Twenty first century will witness the death of religions. Atheism is the mantra of the new-age youth. But skepticism has the potential to eventually enlighten us only if we understand that spirituality is above intellectualism and reasoning. Where reason ends, the Truth begins.
